Eighteen-year-old Pfc. Darleen Dolbee, of Las Vegas, is leaving her parents, Ed and Bonnie Dolbee, and twin sister, Samantha Dolbee, who is also an Army Reserve soldier.
“I think the main thing is that I’m going to be missing my family,” she said. “It’s going to be really hard but I can stick through it.”

Cool! I saw the two videos on your facebook last night; the Review Journal article is well done.
Darleen looks so great. She will be a grown up woman when she comes back. Remember how different you were when you came back from your European trip?
She is a great girl and these will be once-in-a-lifetime experiences that will define her.
Of course we are all concerned for her well being, but through our faith and prayers she will draw strength and the Lord will watch over her.
